Orders will receive a confirmation and have the option for in-store pick up or delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note oversized pieces and furniture will need to be have the shipping costs estimated. Please email with the destination address and the item you are interested in.

You may also order items for free in-store pickup and we will alert you when it is ready for pickup.

A confirmation email will be sent when the items are ready for pick up and tracking information sent for shipped deliveries.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to the order..

Backorder dates and shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. 
At The Margaret Cleveland we take extreme care in packaging your items for shipments, but we understand that damage still may happen. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt, document with photographs the package and product and notify us of any damage within 48 hours and our team will promptly work on a replacement.

The Margaret Cleveland does not accept returns, store credit will be given. All sale items are final.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please contact us to initiate a return.
