Join us for expressive group painting and sound bath. We’ll explore free-flow painting and pure play. It’s a chance to allow whatever you’re feeling, seeing, or hearing to come alive on canvas through color, movement, shape, texture, while vibing with a really good playlist.
We'll start with a sound bath to explore our creativity and inner expression, then make our way into the studio to listen to music and play with paint!
This is a time to forget the rules, let go of fear, forget about what something “should” look like, have absolutely no destination, then let your inner-kid come out to make a mess. And you don’t even have to clean up, how cool is that?
This event is limited to 8 people.
What to Expect:
- Sound Bath
- Group Painting: Most supplies will be provided, along with a canvas to take home!
What to Bring:
- Clothes to get messy in
- Any supplies to contribute
